Alex Munro
Rector
After a career as a criminal barrister Alex began a journey trying to learn how to follow Jesus. Alex and Helen met at university and now have four children, a tortoise and a dog. Alex began working as a musician for a church and then trained to become a church pastor and pioneer. He is passionate about helping people to encounter Jesus in accessible ways. Sarah has two daughters and is married to William. She is originally from Wales and is a passionate rugby supporter which can occasionally lead to strong conversations with her Irish husband!
Helen Munro
Young Families Pastor | Comms Lead
Helen is married to Alex and works with him as a senior leader at St Peter’s. Alongside her work at St Peter’s Helen runs a business providing marketing support for small businesses. Helen loves the variety of her roles and enjoys working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Gideon Bridgman
Youth Outreach Pastor
Gideon loves his wife Anna, playing his guitars, trains, filter coffee and learning new tricks on his skateboard. He’s been part of the team here at St Peter’s since 2017 and is passionate about discipleship through relationships.
Tina Roden
Operations Manager
Tina joined the team at St Peter’s in 2023 and is usually the first point of contact through emails and phone calls to the church office. Tina loves gardening and walking her dog.

Lisa loves her husband and children. She will often be found eating too much chocolate or cake. Lisa has been a team member since 2022 and helps to run some of our groups and events as well as advocating for adults and families in the community.
Tom Collier
Assistant Youth Leader | Night Shelter Charity Development Officer
Tom is originally from Plymouth and visits as often as he can. He loves quality time with his friends, deep conversations, a good movie, and pizza. Most of his free time is spent either cafe hopping and chatting over a flat white or listening to sermons and leadership podcasts.
Lena Bolke
Pais Team Leader
Lena is from Germany. She loves art and I is passionate about creating safe spaces for young people where they can flourish and grow as a person and in faith.
Lazaro Andres
Pais Team Member
Lazaro is from the US and loves playing basketball. He also enjoys playing his guitar, singing and interacting with young people.
Julia Vital Theles
Pais Team Member
Julia is originally from Brazil, where she graduated and worked as a primary school teacher before joining St Peters Church as a Pais Movement missionary. She grew up in church and gave her life to Jesus when she was a child, which is why she believes and loves preaching the Gospel to young people. She loves Jesus, serving the church, being with people, nature, traveling, having adventures and new experiences.
