Where necessary, our data processors may share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How the transfer complies with UK data protection law:
Where personal data is transferred outside of the UK, Churchsuite will only do so with that data which is absolutely necessary. If there is no suitable adequacy decision for the country to which the data is being transferred, then Churchsuite will carry out a transfer risk assessment and ensure other safeguards are implemented prior to transferring data.
